Time & Frequency Group conducts research to maintain traceability and disseminate standards in time and frequency by generating and maintaining Coordinated Universal Time (UTC(KRIS)). Based on this research, we are developing a system to generate the reference time for space and ground required in the Korean Positioning System (KPS).
Furthermore, we are developing core technologies to provide accurate and resilient time-frequency for critical national infrastructure such as next-generation communication, aerospace, and maritime systems.
