Convergence Research Center for Meta-Touch conducts research aimed at establishing haptic standards and developing high-performing haptic devices and software based on them.
Our research involves the development of materials and components for tactile sensors, haptic actuators capable of sensing and displaying tactile sensations, and haptic rendering technologies. By integrating these technologies, we aspire to contribute to the realization of a hyper-realistic metaverse, where combined haptic systems provide immersive experiences in metaverse and gaming environments.
