Gas Metrology Group establishes and maintains measurement standards related to industrial―semiconductors, hydrogen, medical treatment, and nuclear power―gases, energy gases, toxic gases, forensic gases, greenhouse gases, atmospheric/indoor air pollution gases, fine dust, and gas isotopes.
Additionally, we disseminate measurement standards to government agencies, research institutes, and industries through certified reference materials (CRM) and calibration/testing, providing measurement solutions in response to various domestic and international regulations.

• 1 Development of purity analysis methods and CRM for industrial gases, energy gases, greenhouse gases, and atmospheric/indoor air pollution gases
