Hosted by KRISS, the 27th Conference on Precision Electromagnetic Measurements(CPEM 2010) continues a series of conferences that are a premier forum for quantum devices that relate electical standards to fundamental constants and the international system of units. CPEM 2010 will offer plenary talks as well as oral presentations and posters selected from submitted abstracts. In addition, CPEM 2010 will feature invited lectures addressing the global agenda of  Low Carbon, Green Growth to be delivered by a distinguished group of speakers working at the frontier of measurement science and technology.
