Dr. Cao Xuan Quan, the director of Vietnam Metrology Institute (VMI), the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and his colleagues visited KRISS on April 3, 2018 to renew the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and discuss about future cooperation between KRISS and VMI. By taking this chance, VMI delegates visited several labs to figure out potential cooperation topics between the two institutes. 

 

The renewed MoU is to strengthen the relationship between KRISS and VMI and promote the exchange of scientific and technical knowledge and reinforcement of scientific and technical capabilities in the field of metrology.

 

 

KRISS and VMI have been closely collaborating for over 20 years, and a total of 42 VMI employees have been trained at KRISS. Furthermore, KRISS will continue its cooperation with VMI through training, technical consultation, CRM supply, etc.
