On Tuesday January 2, KRISS held a Kick-off Meeting for the year 2018 at the auditorium.  

 

Executives including President Sang-Ryoul Park, greeted employees in front of the auditorium before the ceremony.  

 

 

 

The opening ceremony was held with the performance of Dr. Kyung Min Baik, Center for Medical Convergence Metrology. Dr. Baik, famous for KRISS's "Baikthoven", performed three songs: Oblivion, Trumerei, En Aviril a Paris. The auditorium was filled with beautiful piano melodies.  

 

 

After the performance, special video clip for the ceremony, 'Show me the KRISS' was screened. About 10% of KRISS staff participated in this video, and the performers showed their wonderful rap and dance skills. The attendees had a big applause for the performers.

In the following order, the awards ceremony for ‘KRISS staff of the year 2017’ and the external awards ceremony was continued.

 

In the last order, President Sang-Ryoul Park took the stage and delivered New Year’s greetings. He thanked the KRISS family for their hard work for the last year. And he said, "In the future, KRISS should aim to achieve excellent research performance through collaboration. Let’s work together for creating an amazing KRISS."
